The collar got stuck during shipping and the seller was quick to get back to me. The collar is lovely. I don't like putting collars on my cats, but one of our cats is developing a bad door darting habit. I got this collar because it's pretty minimal but communicates what I want it to. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase.
