Orders Shipping to US Addresses

We ship orders within one business day. Our free shipping option will be shipped via 1st Class Mail.  You can pay to upgrade your shipping to Priority or Next Day when you check out.  

Orders Shipping Outside the USA

We ship to multiple international destinations. If you select our flat rate shipping option, we use a reliable carrier, based on the destination.  We generally see delivery within 3 weeks.  Delays may be due to staffing shortages, available freight and customs clearance.  We do everything we can to minimize these risks, but some things are out of our control  If you need faster deliver, select one of the premier services we offer at checkout.

We accept returns on non-personalized items within 60 days of receipt.

We will process your return within one business day of receiving your item.  Damaged/visibly chewed items will be refunded at 50% of the purchase price.
