XL harness
Very satisfied with the quality. Still trying to get the cat used to it. She had backed out once so I adjusted the belly strap as suggested but now it seems a little too tight. We will keep trying so she can enjoy the great outdoors.

Great harness, excellent customer service
I ordered this harness for my cat after trying a few others. He's gotten extra chonky and this harness had the option to customize the size and ensure the right fit. When it arrived I loved the look of it, and my cat seemed the least perturbed when wearing this one compared to other harnesses we've tried. He did dislike putting this one on more since it has to go over his head, but once it is on it clearly fits comfortably and doesn't bother him. And the design really does keep him from backing out of the harness. We were out on the porch playing scrabble when a bird flew from its nest beneath us and Jack tried to catch it on murder mode - the harness held great, much to his disappointment. The first harness I ordered had a missing rivet, but the issue was quickly resolved after reaching out about a replacement. A new harness was in the mail the very next day along with a sweet personalized note. Great quality and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend this product/company.

Best cat harness so far
This cat harness has a design that allows my cat to move freely and comfortably, while not letting him back or twist out from it. It is vital to get the harness position and adjustment right. I found the video helpful in addition to the instructions that came with it. It is beautifully crafted and sturdy, though I don't know how well the toggle and elastic bits will hold up. Time and usage will tell. Customer service was great, ordering was easy, delivery was very quick. I will probably order another one for my other cat, though he is not keen on going for walks, so still debating on it. But delighted that my cat that likes and demands walkabouts can now do them safely. Every other previous harness failed his escape test. This one is a winner.

Although the harness did not work out for my cat (he's determined not to wear a harness) the level of customer service I received was amazing.
