I am so impressed with the customer service of this shop. Included in the order was a thank you letter that included directions for adjustments as my kitten grows. The harness fits him perfectly and he took to it very well. He didn't feeeze up, arch his back, or fall over when I put it on him. It took a few minutes for him to adjust, but then we played with his toys and went outside and walked around. Within 10 mins of putting it on him. He forgot it was there.
