We offer free 1st class shipping on all orders over $55 within the United States. For orders under $55, we offer flat-rate shipping at a reasonable cost. Shipping times will vary depending on your location, but typically range from 2-4 business days.

If you need your order to arrive sooner, we also offer expedited shipping options at our cost. You can select the shipping method that works best for you during checkout.

International shipping times vary a bit right now, if you'd like us to estimate your transit time, send an email to: lcole@cataboutusa.com.  You can choose your carrier during checkout and shipping duration estimates will appear on the checkout page.

 

Returns:

We pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We process your return within one business day of receiving your item.  Damaged/visibly chewed items will be refunded at 50% of the purchase price.
